Jason Barzilay has been involved in the high tech industry in the United States and abroad since 1978.
Mr. Barzilay founded his first US Company, UJI Supply in 1978 and shortly after that he founded Cal-Circuit
Sales. Based in Los Angeles, Cal-Circuit Sales distributed computer memory products to American
companies. In 1983, Mr. Barzilay merged Cal-Circuit Sales with Abco Sales, to form Cal-Circuit Abco, Inc.
("Cal-Abco"). In the early 1980's Cal-Abco became the largest
independent distributor of computer memory chips in the United
States, reaching a revenue run-rate of more than 500 million
dollars per year. In 1986 Mr. Barzilay co-founded Packard Bell,
Inc., a manufacturer of personal home computers. By early
1990's, Packard Bell was recognized as one of the fastest
growing computer companies, and by the mid-1990's it was the
leading Personal Computer seller for private homes, reaching a
revenue run-rate of more than 4.5 billion dollars per year.
Packard Bell products were sold in more than 8,000 retail
outlets in the United States and in dozens of countries all over
the world. Packard Bell was sold to the Japanese Corporation NEC
in 1998. In 1993 Mr. Barzilay also co-founded Reveal, Inc., a
company that distributed computer peripherals and upgrades and
acted as its CEO. Deciding to pursue his life-long visions of
simplifying the computing experience and enhancing
communications, Mr. Barzilay founded Argoquest in 1996. During
his entire career, Mr. Barzilay spent many years in the Far East
and all over the United States, traveling and making thousands
ofbusiness acquaintances. Mr. Barzilay has a Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Marketing from California State University in
Northridge, graduated in 1978.

Moshik Lipetz is a Co-founder of Argoquest since early 1997. He is an active member of the Board of
Directors in many of Argoquest’s portfolio companies, exercising his expertise in overseeing administrative and corporate finance matters. A former graduate of one of IDF’s elite commando units, Mr. Lipetz had previously founded Lipaz Trading, a leading Israeli-based company specializing in the marketing and importing of electronic components and consumer goods. In 1993 Lipaz
Trading, which was acquired, went public on the Tel-Aviv stock exchange. On top of his business activities, Mr. Lipetz is an active community member. He is a council member in the Savyon local municipality, in charge of Finance, Education and Quality of the Environment. He is a member in the board of trustees in different friendly societies, which are mainly focused on community contribution in education, war against drugs and assisting youth in distress.

Nir Cohen joined Argoquest as its controller back in early 2000. Since then, Mr. Cohen had become a
member of the Company’s senior management, responsible for the Company's financial, legal and
administrative affairs in Israel. He received his BS in Business in 1997 and earned a specialization degreein
Accounting in 1998 from The School of Business Administration.
Upon graduation, he interned in KPMG, as a Senior Associate
intern. Upon completion of his internship with KPMG in 1998, he
became a Senior Associate in Kesselman & Kesselman, the Israeli affiliate of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for leading the audit teams for several major Israeli companies.

Yoshio Takashima graduated Tokyo University (No.1 university in Japan), majoring was applied physics,
thus familiar with basic theories of electronics and telecommunications. As many of his class mates are
professors of universities or managers of big manufacturer such as Toshiba, Hitachi, NEC, Mr. Takashima frequently uses his network of contacts to introduce Argoquest portfolio companies to these blue chip companies in Japan. After graduation, Mr. Takashima became a management consultant of a subsidiary of the Industrial Bank of Japan, where he consulted around 50 companies in over 10 years. In 1978 Mr. Takashima set up his own company which handled semiconductor chips(DRAM), mostly exporting to USA. There, he first met Mr. Jason Barzilay, as Cal-Abco became one of his biggest customers. The company sold around 80M$ annually and became the leading exporter of IC. In 1992 Mr. Takashima set up a venture company by the name of KT Technology, which developed DRAM testers and Strap-on helicopters. In 1993 Mr. Takashima founded Lambda Tech, as a sole sales agent of KT Technology products. Mr. Taashima is a respectable member of Japan's "Presidents' Club", where presidents of established companies such as Toshiba, NEC, Mitsubishi, NTT, NTT DOCOMO, Nippon Steel, Mitsui Trading, etc. meet regularly. Mr. Taashima is one of a few members from small venture business and he became one of core members upon recommendation of other members.
